To bad the stars only go to 5, because they deserve more. People might wonder why Dryline LLC has no negative reviews. I can tell you between my house and the rental I deal with, I have worked with a lot of companies. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, siding, concrete contractors. But I can not say enough about, Larry and his crew. They are the nicest group I've ever dealt with. They work hard, and they work as a team. The first time I met Larry when he came to quote my basement waterproofing, he was supposed to show up at 10:00, he pulled in my driveway at 9:59. How's that for promp? He's honest, straight forward, and doesn't beat around the bush with your questions or his pricing. He even fixed an unexpected broken pipe, which wasn't part of the original job. I was having consistent flooding in my basement, and called Larry at DryLine for some help. Within a day, Larry was at my house, helping me figure out what the root causes were, and he taught me a LOT about how drainage systems work. He brought his crew in for some pretty extensive work, and they were very courteous and respectful, efficient, and the cleanest crew I've worked with. Their work spanned multiple days, but every day before leaving they made sure the place was CLEAN. The pricing was more than fair, and the work was top quality. Larry and his team were a pleasure to work with. They did interior waterproofing along the perimeter of our house in early 2024 and also added a sump pump at our request. He has decades of knowledge on the east side and really understands the nuances of these older homes. After the job was finished, he called and came over a few times after big rains just to check in. Larry did an excellent job. I had him waterproof my basement as the house was 66 years old. Very professional came in with his work crew, Completed the job cleaned everything up. I’ve had no more water in the basement since his improvement. Very professional everything is left clean and properly done. Very fair. I also had my roof replaced with gutters this summer.
